Vijay is the practice leader for Munson & McMillin’s Cannabis law section. Vijay assists clients on a range of cannabis issues such as state licensing, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, acquisitions and divestitures, real estate leasing, zoning, banking issues and compliance, employment matters, and transactional agreements. Vijay has also been a guest lecturer at the Collins College of Business at the University of Tulsa.
