Victor Mitchell is the founder, chairman and CEO of Lead Funding LLC, a real estate financial company that specializes in making real estate backed loans to cannabis operators. The company operates within all legal markets and makes loans to dispensaries, provisioning centers, and manufacturers.

Vic has his roots deep in entrepreneurial success having founded or revitalized companies ranging from wireless to technology to real estate services to finance.

Mitchell served in the Colorado State Legislature from 2007 to 2009. Mitchell is a graduate of San Diego State University and The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Vic lives in Castle Rock, Colorado and enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing piano.
