A native of Islamorada, Florida, Sunshine has worked for more than 15 years in digital marketing, human resources, and corporate training both in Washington, D.C. and Orlando. Sunshine taught Communication and Social Media at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her MA in Mass Communication. Sunshine owns two marketing agencies, Marketing Sunshine and The Sunshine Gals, and since 2021 has served as Founder and President of ERC Provider, helping fellow business owners obtain Employee Retention Credits.
