Ryley Leech is a seasoned cannabis professional who brings more than ten years of experience from medical and recreational markets to Fluence. After working in virtually every facet of the industry, Ryley now uses his intimate knowledge of the cannabis space to assist new companies in forming their business plans and go-to-market strategies while advising growers on facility design, cultivation strategies, equipment vetting and extraction SOPs. Ryley’s motivation as a cannabis solutions architect for Fluence is to make his clients more successful in every stage of their business.

Ryley is also an experienced cultivator in indoor, greenhouse and broad-scale outdoor settings, with a focus on extracted end products. Prior to Fluence, he co-founded Endocanna Labs in Colorado and Terra Farma in Kentucky. His cultivation experience yielded a particularly high level of understanding of cannabis plant metabolites and how to maximize production for extraction and therapeutic values.

Ryley received his bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on media and technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
