After handling an ID verification integration with LeafLogix (now Dutchie) in 2020, Kenny realized that dispensary ID laws were confusing, varied, and often contradictory. He is now exclusively focused on educating dispensaries on age verification compliance. He has worked with state control boards, multiple MSO’s, and technology providers to help outline best practices for ID scanning in both brick-and-mortar and digital sales environments, and has become an expert on ID scanning laws in all states which allow for sales of recreational cannabis.
