Fredrik Rading is a 4th generation international entrepreneur who is excited by complex, technical problems and processes. Fredrik currently resides in Seattle, WA and is the COO and Co-Founder of Custom Cones USA where he uses his technical expertise to build innovative best-in-class operations systems. Fredrik graduated from Babson College and started his professional career at Amazon managing the Hanes and Champion business lines for Amazon Fashion. In business and life, Fredrik brings a diverse perspective being half-Japanese and half-Swedish and having lived in New York, Singapore, London and Seattle. At Custom Cones USA, Fredrik has serviced over 10,000 pre-roll businesses and operators in 37 different countries. To do this, Fredrik has scaled operations at Custom Cones USA from a small apartment living room to a 45,000 sqft facility in Seattle along with operations in China, Indonesia, and India. Fredrik is motivated to continue building Custom Cones USA as a leader in the pre-roll industry.
