Caroline Gallagher is a Partner at Magee, Goldstein, Lasky, & Sayers, P.C. located in Roanoke, Virginia. Ms. Gallagher worked for almost a decade as general counsel for a financial advising firm and has an extensive background in compliance, finance, corporate formation, and business law. Since joining private practice, Ms. Gallagher works with businesses in the cannabis industry. Her practice focuses on corporate formation, regulatory compliance, and licensing for businesses in retail, manufacturing, and cultivation. Ms. Gallagher has been appointed to the Ethics Committee for the International Cannabis Bar Association and recently appointed Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association: Cannabis Law and Policy Section, member of the Virginia Cannabis Business Association, and the Legal Committee for Virginia NORML.
