Al Sray, Director of Cannabis, Eastern US, Prospiant

Al Sray is the Director of Cannabis Sales for the Eastern United States and Canada for both Nexus Greenhouses and RBI Greenhouses. He has worked with multiple medical cannabis cultivators in IL, MN, NY, PA, OH on issues ranging from licensing, to design to construction. He has also assisted cannabis grow designs and builds in MD, FL, MA and OH.

With over 18 years of experience in various aspects of our industry combined with a B.A. from Ohio State University, Al brings experience, knowledge of both the cannabis and horticulture industries, and a fresh perspective to problem solving.

Tom Vezdos, General Manager – Cannabis Growing at Prospiant

Tom Vezdos joined the greenhouse industry in 2012 and held multiple General Manager roles within Prospiant’s growing solutions businesses. For over 25 years, Tom held various strategic and executive positions in the Steel, Aluminum, and Glass fabrication markets serving the construction and automotive industries. He was also an equity partner at a lean manufacturing and business improvement professional service firm for B2B manufacturers. Tom has a B.S. degree in Materials Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from Baldwin Wallace, and post graduate classes at Xavier University.
