To foster loyalty in today’s hyper-competitive recreational cannabis marketplace, brands and retailers must strive to know their customer’s ever-changing behaviors, preferences, desires, and motivations. Gaining this edge comes from tracking and monitoring shopper habits and behaviors in real-time from inside and outside of your physical store and event spaces while keeping data anonymous and compliant with data protection legislation.
