Rachel Klubeck Baker, CEO/Founder, LOUD LEGAL, PLLC
Rachel Klubeck Baker is the CEO and Founder of LOUD Legal, PLLC and LOUD Consulting, PLLC.
She received her B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and graduated from the OU College of Law in 2018.
During law school, Rachel made the Dean’s Honor Roll and, additionally, earned her certification from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Division of Pediatrics, in Child Abuse & Neglect under Dr. Barbara Bonner.
Rachel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
She is on the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) Committee. She is also a member of the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA), and The Oklahoma Bar Association of which sits on on the Cannabis Law Committee.
In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements in cannabis law.
In March 2021, Rachel’s article “Waste Not, Want Not” regarding medical marijuana waste was published by the Oklahoma Bar Journal in its first ever issue covering medical marijuana. At only 28 years old at the time, Rachel became one of the youngest published attorneys in the OBJ.
In 2021 and 2022, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of attorneys accomplish.
Rachel and her team are fiercely passionate about the cannabis industry, the complex issues and law surrounding it, and providing assistance and excellent representation wherever needed.
