With a career spanning over 15 years in the cannabis industry, Randy has navigated the diverse growing landscapes of Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida. His expertise encompasses the management of indoor, outdoor and greenhouse cultivation operations, where he has successfully implemented Fertigation programs, SOP’S, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs and more for multiple facilities.

Randy’s journey has been marked by involvement in groundbreaking research and development for breeding programs and the establishment of extraction labs. He has played a key role in the design and construction of licensed grow facilities and buildings, collaborating with real estate firms to facilitate commercial grows.

Beyond his professional roles, Randy has been a passionate advocate for cannabis reform and deregulation, dedicating his time to events not only in Ohio but across the entire East Coast. His mission is to empower the next generation of cannabis professionals through student enrichment programs, extracurricular events, and more.
