Colin Mudd has over 15 years of experience in the cannabis industry, starting in 2009 running some of the top dispensaries in Colorado and being a part of a team that opened one of the first recreational dispensaries in the Country, to working with prominent, established brands to eventually founding Konopé Consulting.

During eight years at incredibles, he led the compliance department, overseeing licensing, operational compliance, and strategy for multiple markets across the US. Colin specializes in risk assessment and mitigation for all cannabis license types, offering services as a Fractional Compliance Officer to businesses of various sizes. His expertise extends beyond Colorado, assisting clients nationwide. Initially focusing on retail operations, Colin has helped clients develop standard operating procedures and training programs for all license types in the cannabis industry.

Passionate about the cannabis industry and the community it creates amongst license holders, consumers, and activists for social and criminal justice reform, Colin treats each client’s business as his own, emphasizing tailored solutions for sustainable success.

Over the years, he’s advocated for cannabis reform, lobbying for change and supporting initiatives like the Last Prisoner Project and the Parabola Center.
