Wendi Walsh, Senior Principal, ADT Commercial

Wendi brings more than 20 years of Organizational Development, Security Consulting, and Program and Project Management experience to her role as a Senior Principal with the Enterprise Security Risk Group (eSRG) at ADT Commercial.

Wendi facilitates and leads discussions that focus on security aspects of strategic risk management, standards development, program development, process optimization, strategic roadmaps, and capital plans. She also works with organizations to embrace and embed the change process needed to achieve the security program goals.  By doing this, organizations create and sustain more capacity and capability to move security from a cost center to a mission enabler.

Wendi has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MA degree in Organizational Development. She is a Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) certified practitioner. Wendi is a guest lecturer at the University of Washington on the topic of applying of security risk management philosophies to facilities. She is a member of the ASIS Enterprise Security Risk Management technical committee and working group.
