CannaCon program policies
Event participation, clearly defined.
CannaCon is a cannabis-industry event organizer. The event experience varies by city, venue and published program. These participation policies clarify what is and is not included with standard admission. Event-specific rules and any applicable written agreements also apply.
What standard admission covers
A standard CannaCon admission ticket provides the event access described at checkout. It does not include the purchase, possession, distribution, consumption or sampling of regulated cannabis products.
CannaCon does not operate a retail cannabis marketplace or process cannabis-product transactions through its event ticketing. Specific sessions, credentials and separately organized activities are not included unless expressly identified in the applicable admission offering.
Home Grow & Genetics and Homegrow Academy
The Home Growers Lounge, Homegrow Academy concepts and exhibitor programming may include peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, industry conversation, general informational discussions and equipment demonstrations. Topics, participants and availability depend on the confirmed program for each show.
CannaCon does not sell standalone marijuana cultivation courses, separately ticketed grow clinics or cultivation instruction packages. General admission is purchased for event access, not as payment for cultivation instruction.
Separately priced business-finance and strategy programs, where available, are distinct from marijuana cultivation instruction and are described under their own course and payment terms.
Infused Neighborhood & Tasting Lounge
The Infused Neighborhood & Tasting Lounge is a programming concept that may involve exhibitor displays, non-consumable product representations, non-active demonstrations and discussion of industry formats and products. The name does not guarantee that tasting, sampling or consumption will be offered.
No regulated cannabis product, sample, tasting or consumption activity is included with standard CannaCon admission. Any regulated activity may occur only if expressly permitted under applicable state and local law, relevant licensing, venue rules and required approvals for the specific location and occasion.
Where separately organized, separately permitted or off-site activities are announced, those experiences may have independent participation requirements, legal conditions and responsible operators. Being adjacent to an expo or separately ticketed does not by itself establish permission or approval.
Local law and event-specific participation
Attendees and exhibitors must follow the law, venue regulations, posted event rules, age requirements and the instructions of authorized event personnel. Activities that cannot be lawfully provided at a particular location will not be included in CannaCon programming.
Any confirmed event-specific authorizations, participating organizers, eligibility requirements and participation procedures must be communicated separately before an activity is offered. Planned concepts are not confirmations of availability.
Purchases and questions
Ticket, booth, sponsorship and separately priced business-training purchases remain subject to the applicable product description, checkout terms and written agreement. These program policies supplement but do not replace the Purchase & Event Terms.
