Exhibitor & sponsor purchase terms

Commercial order, cancellation and delivery terms for CannaCon exhibit space and sponsorship commitments.

Policy version 2026-11-08 · Organizer: Catalyst Media Partners Inc. · New purchases only

Scope and order priority

These terms govern new CannaCon exhibit-space, sponsorship, advertising, and related commercial orders contracted with Catalyst Media Partners Inc. The executed order, statement of work, accepted proposal, and negotiated rider define the purchased inventory, milestones, venue/show, consideration, and event-specific cancellation rules. An executed written agreement controls where it conflicts; this general policy does not retroactively amend existing contracts.

Customer cancellation

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to sales@cannacon.org. Nonrefundable reservation deposits, payment milestones, earned services, amounts due on cancellation, and any future-show credit are controlled by the specific accepted commercial order; they are not created solely by this website summary. The organizer may agree to a substitution, transfer, or credit in writing but is not required to do so absent applicable contractual or legal rights.

Fulfillment and milestone accounting

A booth reservation, pre-event promotion, digital advertising, onsite activation, exhibitor services, and sponsorship deliverables are distinct components when the order identifies them. Prepayments are not automatically treated as services already performed. Fulfillment and earned amounts are determined by the actual contracted services and delivery status.

Use of prepayments

Unless a specific written agreement or law requires segregation, received payments are ordinary business receipts and may fund reasonable operating and event-production costs; they are not represented as escrow or trust deposits. This does not extinguish claims or payment obligations for undelivered contracted services.

Organizer cancellation, rescheduling, or nonperformance

A postponement, venue change, cancellation, or inability to perform is governed by the specific accepted order, applicable law, and mandatory payment/merchant rules. The parties may agree to substitute benefits, revised dates, or future-event credit in writing. No website statement independently guarantees full cash reimbursement or overrides nonwaivable rights. Financial inability alone is not represented as force majeure.

Sponsorship deliverables

If an activation cannot occur, services already delivered and undelivered elements are identified against the order's scope and values. Any credit, adjustment, or remedy is determined under that agreement and applicable law.

Payment, tax, and disputes

Invoices identify contracted products, due dates, taxes, and agreed financial terms. Chargebacks, payment-provider rules, and statutory rights remain applicable. Prior acceptance records and original order documents must be retained.

Claims and changes

Send contract questions and notices to sales@cannacon.org, identifying the event, order and contracting entity. Only an authorized written amendment changes executed order terms. No verbal assurance or generic marketplace copy overrides the signed order.

Effective date and records

Version 2026-11-08. Applies prospectively where incorporated in the purchaser's new order or invoice and does not supersede previously executed agreements.
