Attendee ticket purchase terms

Refunds, transfers, cancellation and event changes for CannaCon tickets and separately priced attendee programs.

Policy version 2026-11-08 · Organizer: Catalyst Media Partners Inc. · New purchases only

Scope and acceptance

These terms govern new purchases of CannaCon attendee admission and separately priced event education or experiences from Catalyst Media Partners Inc. (the organizer). The specific product description, event date, written sale terms, and mandatory ticketing-platform rules apply. These terms do not retroactively amend an existing purchase or signed agreement.

Voluntary cancellations

Ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable for changes of plans, scheduling conflicts, nonattendance, personal preferences, or later discounts, except as required by law, the ticket seller’s mandatory terms, or an express written offer. Promotions and discounts are not retroactive.

Transfers

An unused ticket may be reassigned once without an organizer transfer charge, subject to the organizer's published transfer window, the issuing platform's procedures, and any required buyer-credential eligibility. A ticket already redeemed or badge already used is not transferable. A complimentary ticket has no cash refund value.

Program changes

The organizer may reasonably modify speakers, exhibitors, sessions, and program schedules. An ordinary change does not itself create a refund entitlement when the primary admission experience remains materially available. Separately purchased experiences are subject to the terms for that purchased item.

Organizer cancellation or postponement

If the organizer cancels, materially postpones, or cannot deliver the principal event or a separately paid experience, the purchaser retains remedies required by applicable law, card-network rules, mandatory seller/platform requirements, and any express event-specific agreement. The organizer will communicate available procedures. No broader automatic reimbursement, future-show credit, or set refund deadline is promised unless agreed in writing. A nonrefundability statement does not waive nonwaivable rights.

Third-party expenses

Except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing, admission does not cover independently booked travel, accommodation, income loss, or other incidental expenses.

Refund requests and seller channels

Contact info@cannacon.org with the event and order reference. For third-party platform purchases, initiate claims through the original seller's designated process. Mandatory payment-network or marketplace protections remain in force.

Admission rules

CannaCon does not impose a universal 21-and-over admission requirement. Event-specific admission standards and independently restricted products, activities, or areas may apply.
