Mike McGrew is well-versed at delivering solutions to commercial cannabis cultivators to increase efficiency, reduce crop risks and remain complaint. He brings a strong background in technical sales have having previously worked in indoor lighting. He helps cultivators select and integrate the best solutions for their facility, depending on their needs, for lighting, climate control, fertigation, water management, integrated pest management, equipment, and automation.

Mike serves as the Director of Sales for the Southwest and Midwest regions for urban-gro. Mike resides in Phoenix, Arizona when not on the road, and is a graduate of Arizona State University.
