Katelyn Coskey, VP of Business Development, Point Seven Group

Katelyn began working in cannabis in June 2014 as a budtender, quickly rising into leadership for a large vertical operation in CO. She went on to supervise 8 dispensaries and 2 cultivation facilities. She later became the Metrc and Compliance Director for 5 cultivation licenses, responsible for overseeing all compliance requirements. She now supports P7’s clients, sharing her extensive experience in operations, including compliance, finances, inventory, staffing, training, and SOPs.

Bruys Henderson, Vice President, Business Development, urban-gro, Inc.

Bruys Henderson serves as Vice President of Business Development of urban-gro, Inc., an integrated professional services and Design-Build firm offering value-added architectural, engineering, and construction management solutions to the Controlled Environment Agriculture (“CEA”), industrial, healthcare, and other commercial sectors. In his role, Bruys combines over 25 years of architectural and construction knowledge with firsthand CEA facility experience to guide clients toward efficient and profitable facilities. With experience in hundreds of CEA facilities totaling more than four million square feet, Bruys is passionate about working with growers, owners, and operators to successfully navigate the intricacies of CEA and bring their facility visions to life. Bruys holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois.

Jeff Bartley, Senior Asset Protection Consultant, Sapphire Risk Advisory Group

Jeff manages Sapphire Risk’s Phase 3 projects, including SOPs, security employee training, on-site risk assessments, and critical incident awareness. Jeff has experience in the Security/Asset Protection field for over 30 years in high-risk retail and has helped train over 10,000 employees in safety/security throughout his career. He also helped create MySapphireTraining, the first cannabis safety/security training LMS (learning management system) to aid dispensaries in training their employees on safety/security.
